Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Synra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Synra provides a managed Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateway that allows AI clients such as Claude Desktop to connect to your databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, and Supabase) via a secure hosted URL. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your API keys and account credentials secure.
  • You must ensure you have the right to connect the databases you register with the Service.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.

4. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for legitimate business and development use. You may not use the Service to access databases you do not own or are not authorised to access, to exfiltrate data in bulk without authorisation, or to facilitate any activity that violates applicable data protection laws.

5. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except as required by law. Lifetime access purchases are a one-time payment and do not expire. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your credentials and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
